Further honing his craft, he obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the distinguished Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, New York.
Over the years, Chef Sharma has had the privilege of working in a myriad of esteemed establishments, each contributing to his formidable expertise. His resume includes a role as Chef De Partie at Café Altro Paradiso in New York City. Further, he has undergone training at Michelin Award-winning establishments like Gramercy Tavern, operated by the Union Square Hospitality Group in New York, and has also contributed his skills to luxury hotels such as the Hyatt in Saudi Arabia, Hilton in Qatar, and Taj Mahal Palace and Resorts in India.
